Azuri technologies Friday said it targets double-digit growth next year after reaching milestone of 130,000 sales of its PayGo solar home systems in sub-Saharan Africa.

The company said it will use the Kes2.5billion investment (it has spent thus far) to reach off-grid households not linked with Azuri products.

The company has increased its reach from 16 counties in 2016 to all 47 counties nationwide as well as its partner’s (Mobicom) extensive network of 93retail outlets.

Azuri Technologies Chief executive Simon Bransfield-Garth said while addressing journalists in Nairobi that the firm is next year considering coming up with new products targeting Kenyan market, the company’s single largest market in Sub-Saharan market.
