Edinburgh has a thriving adult entertainment industry including the famous 'pubic triangle'. Strippers will wear masks and lap dances will be off the cards as adult venues across the country prepare to reopen. The owner of Private Eyes Franchise, who runs adult entertainment venues and night clubs across Scotland - including Club Tropicana in Edinburgh, has spoken out about the social distance measures that might be in place if strip clubs were to re-open next month.
Tourism minister Fergus Ewing suggested that pubs and clubs may open back up from July 15 and Tony Cochrane who runs nightclubs and adult venues across the country revealed preparations are already in place reports the Daily Record.

But according to the strip club owner, traditional lap dances could be off the cards and workers may be expected to wear a mask when dealing with customers.
According to the night club chief, adult entertainment venues are also considering hygiene measures such as hand sanitising stations, temperature checkers given to bouncers and only allowing pre-booked visits. Tony Cochrane told the Record: "We really need the details of the conditions but we've taken the minister at his word and started looking at the safety measures we can introduce. He added: "If you look at a night at Tropicana you can have 1, people there, in the adult ones there are maybe 20 to 30 a night and they are well spaced out.
